By using CPRTEC.net or registering for any course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services Provided

CPRTEC.net offers online and in-person training in CPR, AED, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, BLS, MERT, and related emergency preparedness topics. Certification is issued upon successful completion of course requirements.

3. Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • Adults may purchase courses for minors, but each license is for one user only.
  • By registering, you agree to all pricing, billing, and refund terms listed on the site.

4. Virtual Mini Anne manikin Training

  • Virtual hands-on sessions may include a Mini Anne manikin, which must be returned within 30 days, or a $60/day fee applies.
  • Upon return the device must work and be received in the same condition as it was shipped and received. If damaged the device the deposit for the Mini Anne manikin will be forfeit in total
  • Certification is based on full virtual training protocols and satisfactory performance.

5. Certification Disclaimer

A certificate of completion confirms course participation and skills assessment. It does not guarantee job qualification or medical licensure. Employers are responsible for evaluating employee readiness.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety during training.
  • Harassment, impersonation, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Limitations

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but are not liable for technical issues or delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CPRTEC.net is owned by AGDESMOND, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse materials without written permission.

10. Legal & Compliance

Refunds are available only if your employer or institution does not accept our certification and this can be verified. No refunds are issued after course completion and certification.
